Order, Delivery + Subscription

To secure your Iris Pod, a 50% deposit is required upfront via bank deposit. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront via one of the other available payment options. Once confirmed, your pod will move into production, with an estimated lead time of approximately 14–16 weeks.

The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery. Shipping is available across Australia and New Zealand only, with shipping and installation quoted separately depending on location and site access requirements.

Each Iris Pod also requires an active Content Subscription Plan, starting from $148/month, which includes access to new guided meditations, immersive sound experiences, software upgrades and ongoing feature enhancements.
