STIL is a curated marketplace. Products are supplied, fulfilled and shipped directly by our independent brand partners and suppliers.

All returns, refunds, faults, warranty claims, repairs and replacements are assessed and managed directly by the relevant brand, supplier or manufacturer in accordance with their own policies and any applicable consumer laws.

To request a return or report an issue, please contact hello@stilstate.co with your order number, product details and photographs where relevant. We will connect you with the relevant supplier and assist with the next steps.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted and may vary depending on the supplier and product type.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
